"Referring the people to the relevant departments and officials who can address their problems but mostly I try and resolve them myself. I'm establishing networks with NGO's like TB society and Community Police forum. In the course of each month I deal with about 120 different cases of welfare. Enquiries, housing problems and subsidy forms for water. I received formal recognition of my efforts at the National Congress with ‘Star Performer of the year, 2005' award."
